Jake Paul’s MVP Promotions has launched a new promotion for women’s boxing. MVPW will stage its first event on April 5 in London. It will be branded MVPW-01 with a stream on the ESPN app.

The MVPW broadcast deal runs through 2028, and Madison Square Garden’s MSG Entertainment division will partner with MVP for regular venue use.

The inaugural event, MVPW-01, will be headlined by WBC lightweight champion Caroline Dubois (12-0-1, 5 KO) meeting WBO titleholder Terri Harper (16-2-2, 6 KO).

MVPW-02 is set for April 17 at Infosys Theater at Madison Square Garden in New York, and MVPW-03 takes place May 30 in El Paso, Texas. These two events will air on ESPN, as well as the ESPN app.

MVPW-02 in New York will be headlined by MVP’s unified super featherweight world champion, Alycia Baumgardner (17-1, 7 KO) vs. Bo Mi Re Shin (19-3-3, 10 KO).

MVPW-03 will be headlined by former UFC women’s bantamweight champion Holly Holm (34-3-3, 9 KO) against WBA lightweight world champion Stephanie Han (12-0, 3 KO) in a rematch. Han beat Holm by TD in January.

“Since inception, MVP has strategically focused on creating an umbrella brand as the global home for women’s boxing, with the best fighters in the world, that engages existing boxing fans and attracts untapped fan demographics that embrace women’s sport, and today, we proudly enter a new era,” MVP co-founder and Paul business partner Nakisa Bidarian said in a co-release with Paul. “Over the past five years, we have invested heavily in female athletes, delivered historic and record-breaking events, and proven that these athletes belong on the biggest stages in the sport. Partnering with ESPN, the worldwide leader in sports, to launch MVPW across its platforms is a historic milestone, and aligning with the world’s most iconic venue, Madison Square Garden, as we introduce the brand in the U.S. reinforces the scale and ambition behind what we are building.”
